Excellent stay! Great location which has tram station right next to it. Warming hospitality, they even let us park our car for extra hours. Absolutely recommend. One tram go straight to city centre. Only 20 mins. Bed is comfy. Price is perfect
We have family in Thornbury, and this is a convenient place to stay when visiting them. Clean, quiet, reasonably priced room. Free parking. Reception staff are very pleasant. KFC and Subway over the road. Tram stop just outside.
Room comfortable, lovely modern bathroom with hot shower etc. Undercover parking outside room. Minimal traffic noise. Tram stop to city out front. Manager David most helpful. Will definitely stay again.
The room was neat and tidy and comfortable. Although found had to run aircon when in room as it tended to get stuffy when not on. Managers most helpful. Close to public transport and Bell St. Easy access to city and suburbs.
Paid my security depost no problem, got back to Adelaide and found some it missing when it was released.
Got in contact and got told that a few of my towels were missing from the room, so we checked our luggage to make sure we didn’t pack them accidentally
Explained that we had left the wet towels on the toilet seat for when they cleaned the room.
Got told by the manager that we had taken them and that’s why our deposit was full.
Absolutely disgusting from management.
There was nothing not to like about this motel especially for the money we paid ($101) . Room was large. Bed comfy, revamped bathroom. breakfast good (extra expense) parking secure.
OK rooms for a Motor Inn, definitely stayed in worse. Beds not too bad, bit uncomfortable for side sleepers. Shower was alright too. It's all about the location. Awesome for a night out dining nearby with a few drinks and not driving. So many amazing restaurants and eateries nearby within walking distance.
Amazing the rooms were clean when we came and they had premium quality coffee + tea in the room they have provided the best customer service I’ve ever seen better then some hotels I’ve been at and the quality of the rooms where really good they had basically everything you needed and the men at the front desk was super cool 😎. 10/10 experience definitely coming back here if I ever come back to Melbourne again Thankyou for your service guys 😊
